i just got a genuine copy of Vista ultimate edition. i never knew the damn thing is 64 bit.i'd like to ask, exactly what are the implications of this?

do i require specific spec hardware (64 bit processor system) to run it?

will my apps: autocad, ABS, sketchup, and a whole lot of other stuff (currently running on XP pro 32 bit ) run on it, or do i need 64 bit versions?

and finally, if not, any intersted customers out there?

actually, I havent used it.It is still in the box.I can always wait until d SPs come out before deploying it.
