dude, qualifications really are not the way forward, let a good portfolio speak for you.
if your work is good, prospective clients will hire you, however if you really want to, then go on relevant short courses.
certificates are usually handed out on completion of such courses, though they are really not indicative of proficiency

its not about qualifications since we dont really have any reputable intitutions offering computer aided design courses here in Nigeria. earn as much as u can UNOFFICIALLY.


Also it wouldnt hurt to visit www.3dnigeria.com. . Its a graphics design site focusing on 3d dimensional art.

I like ur idea Rudent, But I have Diploma in desktoppublishing since 2002 and i need some thing again.

Because nigerians are fun of u are not an Artist or u are not a graduate, and they don't know the difference between Graphic designer or graphic Artist and An Artist who is specialised in Scupture, Potrat and others.
