I called their customer relations contact number in Lagos for information on opening an account with them the guy that answer the phone was very rude disrespectful i was hung up on the second time he was upset i called back and refer ed me to their website it's unbelievable people like that still have job .I think instead of spending money on CNN the money will be better spent on training their staff . IN YOUR BEST INTEREST ! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT MY BEST INTEREST IS. |
