Phone enthusiasts and tech geeks, please which is better, Samsung a9 or samung a70, please give your reasons, and is any water resistant?

Well haven't used any of the phones, I use a30, but am commenting on the water resistant requirement you requested. Now generally on all water resistant phones, including the almost accurate resistant brand like Sony xperia, it has being concluded by most reviewers that water resistance on phones is not reliable, there has been reports of faults after contact with water, and it's therefore recommended that users should treat a water resistant phone like any other non water resistant phone by avoiding water.

A9 2018 is of a more premium make than A70, it has 4k video recording and can take clean pictures in low light. As a matter of fact, it Is a phone that was in the ranking of A80 of this year. It is a nice device, I am currently using A7 2018 and I can confess that it is as good as A50, there by buying A9 will be as good as A70

I checked the specs and they both really look good on paper with a70 edging a little bit. I really want an alternative to iPhone 8 cos I'm not a huge fan of iPhones, I just felt, newer phone means better specs, though the price of the a9 is still higher than the a70
