Job Title:Factory Supervisor
Location: Lagos, preferably candidate living around Oshodi, Isolo, Ejigbo, Okota

Job Description:
* Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analysing production performance records and data answering questions and responding to request
* Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control point equipment and resources maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing organization goal
* Monitoring of all casual workers
* Making daily report for all stocks received and package and point of distribution
* Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counselling,disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems policies and procedures

Requirement/ Qualification:
- SSCE/OND
- Must have experience as a production/factory supervisor in the FMCG industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Strong ability to manage people and get task done
