Pls help my friend. He's confuse of what to go for between job security and job satisfaction.

He just got an offer of 4.5m pa from an entertainment company that is 2 years old, full of new challenges and bright future.
He works presently with a company that is 40 years old, not challenging (people doing thing in the old way), no target nor threat of job loss as a result of non-performance but with a salary of 1.5m pa.

He sought my opinion on what to do.
