He took over from the likes of Yinka Craig, Waheed Olagunju, Charles Ojugbana and Walter Oyatogun.

I will always remember the way he looked after Nigeria lost in the final of a tournament
, I think it was Canada '87.

He looked like he had been crying. My sister kept making fun of him.

He was the face of NTA Sports from the late 1980s till the mid-2000s.

Rest in peace.

Good question. We will first need the machines and machinery. Then the clinical centre. Then next comes the training of personnel. And from there, on and on.

For dialysis to be affordable to the common Nigerian, there has to be government involvement. Even in the US, dialysis treatment are free for everyone because it is covered under MEDICARE which is a government health program to help people who can't afford to pay for their healthcare. Anyone with kidney failure in US qualifies.

So for that to happen, there has to be government cum private partnership on that. If there isn't, then kidney failure will remain a death sentence in Nigeria.

Most importantly is the knowledge and the connections both of which I possess. I'm tired of Indians ripping off my people.

That transplant may have been poorly done.
India is not a good centre for all these transplants Nigerians run to.
Their complications rate is way too high.
I have said it many times. The do it even here in Abuja with high success rates, but many are just sceptical.
