If these companies would help to train and upgrade their outdated methods it would benefit all.
Every industry is financed and developed to improve its productivity.
Fish farming became a widespread business less more 25yrs ago. Now, hundreds of thousands of people make a living from fishing farming...
People are farming snails and Grasscutter now unlike 20yrs ago...

if our local cows to be improved upon through cross breeding, it's a good policy in the long term. it will encourage local production and create more jobs in the long term. although it may take a long time. 5 to 10 years of serious investment.
