Reminds of an incident when I was in secondary school.

We woke up to find the parked water tank on the head of a man who was under it. A tyre was lying on the man's head. There was dried reddish blood from his lips to the ground.

He died in action

Had he succeeded, electricity would have been out for a community and the citizens would have cursed AEDC and the government ignorantly. The thief would have bought a bike and while riding on the bad roads would have cursed the contractor who built the road and the government too... forgetting that he also contributed to the downfall of the nation at large....yet...the cycle continues!

who da hell wants to go through all that stress to steal? Nowadays stealing is stress free, One can steal thesedays while sitting comfortably in his Living room sipping congnac or smoking weed, while on holiday or even in church..

May he find, in his next iteration, the contentment he could not find in this one, amen. However, I just have to add one more thing, as is my right since everyone is doing the same even when there’s no call for it. I mean to add, we need to find a better term for that thing whereby we declare Hunger is the cause, which has driven someone to whatever predicament we find ourselves discussing. This is since none of these depicted Nigerians ever appear skeletal; on the contrary, they often look healthy and fresh or as if they could do with a weeks fasting.
