We are urgently looking to hire 100 Customer Service Representatives for our client in the Telecommunications sector.

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for sustaining long term relations with clients. You will settle any issues that emerge to guarantee clients are happy with our services. He/She should be a phenomenal communicator who is ready to get a handle on client needs and conceptualize approaches to satisfy them.

Responsibilities


Daily execution of Normal, Fast (Biometrics), Multiple and Foreigner eyeballing activities.
Validation of customers’ SIM Registration biometric and textual (to make sure it measures up to NCC standard. (Gross connections and Re-registrations).
Data Handling and reconciliation (Daily & Weekly).
Identifying registration devices with substandard/erroneous/suspicious customer details through fast eyeballing.
Circumventing exposure to violations and risks.
Flagging customers with incorrect details based on NCC directives to the business.
Agent vs Dealer daily engagement to reduce infraction and, increase compliance rate and improve customer information database.
Identification of suspicious kits and daily escalation to the compliance team for treatment.
Send in all required and statutory reports on a daily basis.

Requirements

BSc/HND in a relevant role.
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to use MS Office
A client-centered mentality
Critical thinking ability
Capacity to function admirably with a group
