Sincerely speaking, this is an irresponsible construction going on along Oshodi-Apapa Exprs.way espcially between Cele and Ilasa B/stop. No pillaitive measure is in place for the thousands of persons who need to get across the road for their daily activities. Imagine having a ridiculously high wall between, that prevent persons from getting across the expresw. Even if the level of the road would be raised, there should be a palliative measure that eases communiting accross the road as their is not immediate bridge at the spot, not the hardship and pains they subject citizen too.

but there's a foot bridge at celebrity bus stop

Worst part is that they are very sluggish, constructing sub standard road just causing unnecessary traffic. Ambode is better and proactive than this emblem street governor
