My big brother buy generator from there platform and it was faulty out of box... We called customer to come for the return.. till day they has not come, for pass three weeks now.. this is not the first time jumia will offer this BS service.. me as a person has stop using their stupid site.. I wish I knew when this purchase is about to take place. I will just block the transaction.. Where is their agents here, hope they have something to say about this poor service!!!
