TMZ reports that Nick Jonas has officially said goodbye to the single life by selling his lavish bachelor pad in Beverly Hills’ exclusive Post Office neighbourhood for $6.9 million as he goes on the hunt for a love nest with his wife.

Despite making a quick sale, the site reports that he originally paid $6.5 million for the home in April last year – three months before proposing – so will struggle to break even when realtor fees and home improvements are taken into account.

The luxury 4,129sqft mansion has an open-plan layout, which is carefully designed to enable the homeowner to live an indoor outdoor lifestyle, whilst it features impressive views over the canyon.
