Hi All, A friend has just advised me of land going up for sale at Asero village off the Lekki - Epe road. 1 Acre of land goes for 1,000,000.00 (One Million Naira). Can anyone advise if this is a good deal ? If you think it is a good deal and you are interested, please contact me for more details. |

For that price I would imagine it should come with the C of O (I will confirm though). I am yet to buy myself, I am seeking Nairalander's opinion on this, to know if it is a good deal or not. |

Land has been know to appreciate over time. Based on this simple fact, if all the right documents are in place, I definately won't mind investing. In 1992, my mother-in-law was offered 2 plots of land in AJAH for only 5000 Naira, how she wished she had invested at that time. Once you have more information on the land, can you please post? |

Personally I will not invest in a piece of land without any C of O. |
