If your property is not registered you'll also encounter challenges with obtaining Permits in most states. Especially Ogun and Lagos states.

Getting your Registered Survey is safe but not enough. Get your proof of ownership and you'll be at rest even if the Govt wants to demolish for public interest you'll get PROPERLY COMPENSATED.
