My N96 Dstv Mobile Is No Longer Working by samoks(m): 11:53am On Oct 19, 2010
Hi nairalanders,

I noticed that my Nokia N96 DSTV mobile has stopped working since Saturday 9th of October, And prior to that time, i notice that my SIM was disconnected by MTN for 24hours before it stopped working, I couldn't make calls or send SMS. But now my phone services is restored but the DSTV is always saying "NO LIVESIGNAL FOR THIS CHANNEL"

Please i'm i alone in this or is it a general MTN problem? I have tried contacting their customer care, but the voice-prompt always all their agents are busy,

I need responses please.

a friend of mine had the same issue until he registered his sim.
since your sim is registered, then i suggest u check your phone

How do i check the phone?? The phone is in good condition, Do i have to take it to MTN office?
