7 Foods That Help Eliminate Belly Fat

Belly fats are body shape spoilers and a source of low self-esteem in their hosts. While not neglecting your physical exercises, check out our list of foods that are diet allies and burn fats like crazy.

1. Avocado
If you’re a fan of fruit, here’s some good news. A source of monounsaturated fat, avocado helps lessen the accumulation of fat cells in the abdomen. You can make a beautiful vitamin with mince, almond milk or even make a salty version to give you energy.

2. Chia
Rich in fiber and protein, the Mexican seed is a great source of omega 3. It has anti-inflammatory action, helps speed up metabolism and facilitates fat burning, especially in the belly area. And how do you consume chia?
Leave the seed in the water for at least 40 minutes. When the mixture turns into a gel, add unsweetened grape juice to get some sort of sago. Have it as a breakfast or a late afternoon snack.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar
Vinegar has acetic acid, which decreases hunger and prevents insulin spikes, reducing the risk of the body accumulating fat. Take daily 2 teaspoons diluted in 1 glass of water before lunch and dinner.

4. Red Pepper
With thermogenic action, the spice helps accelerate metabolism thanks to capsaicin, the substance responsible for spicy taste. It is recommended to consume it up to 3 grams per day.

5. Red Fruits
Strawberry, jabuticaba, grape, cherry, blackberry, and açai are fruits rich in anthocyanin – the pigment responsible for the purplish-red color, which has an antioxidant function and helps in burning fat. Consume 2 tablespoons a day, preferably fresh.

6. Ginger
This spice is rich in gingerol, a substance that speeds up the body’s metabolism and burns energy. Eat a 2cm raw, braised or tea-shaped piece three times a day.

7. Yogurt
Calcium lodged in food interferes with fat cells and helps decrease the volume within them. In addition, probiotics contribute to the proper functioning of the intestines. Eat 1 to 2 servings every day. Prefer skim and sugar-free versions.
