Good day to you all..I need advice on work permit application.

I got a job offer and i have recently got a provincial nomination, i understand that my spouse can get a work permit, but i do not know the applocation to submit for my dependant child who is 3years

I dont want to submit a wrong application for my son..Pls sharr more light to me if you got idea on this topic.
