I joined one of the new generation banks as a support staff for like 9 years now. as it stands now, no room for conversion.

please is it better to go for Uber driving or still remain with the bank. the salary is around 90k per month no other allowances or benefits.

Have you saved enough money?I think you should have something substantial before you quit.

A few questions you should ask yourself:
1. What are my long term career goals ?
2. Is my current job preparing for the goals stated in question 1?
3. How much will Uber fetch monthly relative to my current salary and bills ?
4. Will I be happier driving Uber ?
5. Is the vehicle I drive with Uber mine?
6. Are there other jobs out there requiring the skill set I have acquired over 9 years?
Only after you are able to answer these questions objectively will you be able to make the appropriate decision as it applies to your case.

Allowance depends on the banks, not same to all bank. i don't know the allowance of wema bank as i don't work there.
