The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) which is designed to meet specific manpower needs of the Institute involves intensive one-year training in the Institute’s Operational Research Support Units.

Successful Trainees under the GTP will be offered appointment in the Senior Staff Cadre of the Institute and will be required to meet some conditions on assumption of duty as regular staff. Only Trainees that meet set standards at the completion of the training will be offered regular appointment.
