According to VIS, these are the five times you should dim your headlights while driving.

1. When approaching vehicles within 150 meters so as not to blind the driver
2. When following closely (within 60 meters) behind another vehicle.
3. When driving on lighted roads
4. When driving in rain, fog, snow, or smoke.
5. When vision is reduced to less than 60 meters.



If you’re a driver, you’ll admit it’s not a good experience to have a vehicle’s full beam into your eyes. It can blind you momentarily and any mishap can occur within that space of time.

All dis stupid people driving high posh cars would never want to dim their light, they will want to show u how powerful their headlamps are by keeping it high, but they forget that if the other driver loses tracks he could run into him and his high posh car will damage more and nothing anyone can do, is accident

most times when I’m driving into my street at night I go as low as using fog light since the park light comes on while it’s on.

Naso one dude face me with high beam inside street oo, I flashed, him no code. flashed again, him still no code. na him I fire high beam and my headlights are Zenon Lamps bros code shaperly and did the right thing.
