NCAC’s DG Otunba Olusegun Runsewe , who shutdown Bobrisky's party weeks ago, speak up and reveals real reasons he did it... Recall that Nigerian male cross-dresser, Bobrisky replied Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, the Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, who last week, said he is a National disgrace and will soon be dealt with by the government if caught on the street. Bobrisky replied saying: ”I heard someone in the Govt talked about me few days ago. Pls tell him am waiting for him.
