It is a smart property investment strategy to look out for distressed sale property. This is because the profit on an investment property is made when you BUY at a good price to your advantage and then you sell out at a good price to your advantage or you rent it out to accumulate passive income for years.
The property I'm going to show below is one of the rare gems that can make you an instant 10% gain on your investment or 2.5% passive yearly rental income if you decide to hold on to it.
At best you can have both together on it when you rent it out for a period of time like 3 years. That would give you approximately 18% (₦25.2M) on your investment.
