"I used to sell provisions until three years ago when local council people came and carted all my goods away because I was selling on the roadside, and I didn't have enough money to rent a shop at the time. I had to find another thing to do to support my husband and family of three children. That's how I started this Akara (bean cake) business. I made more money in the provisions business and it's less stressful than this one. I don't like this akara business I am doing currently but I have handed everything over to God. My biggest regret now is that I didn't learn a vocation when I was much younger. I wanted to learn tailoring after I finished secondary school, but there was no money or support. I still intend to go back to provisions business some day because I know a lot about it already."
