I hv a burning desire to publish a weekly paper, but not too sure of what is involved. I have few questions: What equipment do i need to get started? Do i need to register the paper? whats the cost for getting started? what members do i need in my publishing crew?, whats the cost for producing a copy & whats the profit like? pls any other information you can supply i will appreciate it.
