Nigerian Humans Rights activist, Mr Segun Awosanya, popularly known as Segalink, has warned Nigerians against leaking people's nudes on social media, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV reports that the outspoken #EndSARS advocate, issued the warning on his personal Twitter handle, @Segalink, Monday night.

Segalink, who warned that leaking of such files were criminal, said he would personally hunt down anyone who engages in such act, including those who repost on their platforms.

He also advised his followers, both ladies and males, to report the handle or phone number of any offender, saying it was time to shutdown rape culture and discourage blackmail.

In a series of tweets sighted by Igbere TV Monday night, Segalink wrote;

“Hello Distinguished gentlemen, please do note that your life ends the day you publish the nudes or sex tape of any lady online just because you want to get back at them or blackmail them. This is an assault and a crime. You will be hunted down like a dog. Be warned. #EndSGBV

“Kindly report any handle or phone number culpable of this. If you share such video on any platform you will be a partaker in the consequences. It is time to shutdown the reinforcement of rape culture and encouragement of blackmail by socially maladjusted boys ruining lives.

“If there be ladies culpable of this also, same rule applies.”

Even though I feel the activist should channel his activism towards enlightening ladies on the dangers of leaking their nudes to every tom, dick and Harry the more.

You should never ever send your nude to anyone, not even your husband. If your husband wants to see it, take him to the other room and show him in 3D...And if you think your nudes will be in safe hands when you send them to him(cos he is your husband), you never can tell if his friends or concubines have access to his phone and when they would want to get back at you or blackmail you.

Let the worst case scenario be you sending your nude to your husband without the face or anything to give you away.

well I'm not an advocate of leaking the nude of girls but, sometimes this girls can go overboard when they're mad at you.
