Why is it so? Are they so clever in such a way they created their wealth out of nothing. Africa has lots of Mineral wealth but still poor. Do Africa owns its mineral wealth entirely or majority of revenue is going to Europe and America. I think Africa can solve most of its ills if they own 100% of their mineral wealth.
