The CBN governor claimed 10% of Nigerians will b affected by cashless policy. I still don't get the CBN governor's maths. In my view, I believe the persons affected directly are majorly businessmen who will b smart enough to let this losses trickle down to end consumers( affected indirectly).
CBN gov shouldn't b looking at 10%, rather d end consumers at this time of hard economy.
Some1 should pls enlighten me more.
