Gazzuz even though this is not the thread this but I must use this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful advice. Yesterday just like you said it has to do with the plate number. ..the navy man that bought from the original owner whose phone number appeared on the allocation paper didnot do change of ownership. He was still maintaining the original owner plate number and also using his particulars. However the car was booked for traffick offence of 20k. A letter was sent from Alausa to the original owner....to him , he has sold his car and whatever offence it committed should be the responsibility of the navy officer we bought from. Finally , on a closer look at the two letters the original owner brought from Alausa, I discovered something shocking . The plate number quoted is not same as the one we bought. There is misinformation..he left in shame yedterday

We called last night at almost 7pm to ask if 0w-20 was available. You responded that it could still be delivered last night with your free delivery service. Swiftly and professionally, the order was received within 2 hours. The distance wasn't a barrier and the usual traffic congestion didn't cause any delay.
