You are in no position to say an amount is good enough since u are not d one paying for d house, and for a 2 bedroom flat wic is not ensuite, I wonder what will be spectacular abt d house, some1 already called u and u told her u are busy, I wonder what kind of agent u are, an apartment u cant post d picture or even tell d price but just saying it is negotiable(as if it is meat dey sell in d market) is not worth it

@afrobaby, i think what makes this place special is the fact that its a very decent house,clean and landlord is accepting 1 year and there is likely not going to be extra fees, its not every day that you see such opportunities
