Duties

Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, defining problems, requirements, developing solutions, and proposing solutions.
Protects operations through confidentiality of information.
Provides information by gathering, analyzing and summarizing issues of development and service.
Carries out the mission of engineering and organization by completing related results as necessary.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs ; conferences with users ; studies of system flow, data use, and work processes ; investigates problem areas ; follows the life cycle of software development.
