First an inspection of the site: 2weeks after disaster. Next,Committee to find out remote cause bs:3 months. Then,contract negotiations and signing: 6 months. After which, mobilization to site:another 3 months. Construction proper:2 years. Finally, declaring the road open with much funfair: 3 months after completion of project. Guys will just enter road and be using it generate income. They will pack sand in one line and be directing motorists to pay as u r passing by. |
