Deforestation in Edo State is really pushing these wild animals out. The baby Elephant is lucky to have strayed into Okomu palm plantation. Some local hunters would have been flexing muscle and bragging of killing elephant by now.

Oh. So, it's true. I remember this path and when we went there for a field trip in my final years. We were told there are elephants I the park. I find it do hard to believe cos we didn't see any but we explore the forest for hours. Now u believe more in the conservation... No man carying guns up n down is allowed there. It's a restricted area.

OP, next time just call it a "Calf" next time to save space. "Baby elephant" is space-consuming.
