From the topic headline, a believer of the gospel might be tempted to be angry with the writer for putting on such a headline. But i will want to use these medium to acknowledge before the whole wide world that there is a true and living GOD that has always and will always exist for ever and ever. Let me tell you of a real and impossible, but possible with GOD testimony shared by someone. Maybe some of us may have heard of it but lets still share it so as to strenghten our faith. In a military barrack set up, the commander is an atheist and he really hates a young devout christian named private John. John has refused to soil his hands on dirty dealings in the discharge of his duties and this really annoyed his commander because he can't manipulate him to compromise his faith. One day he decided to set a trap for him so that he can have the oppurtunity to write for his dismissal from the force. And these is exaclly what he did and the Almighty rose up to defend his own. And truly the lord Almighty rose in his defence and comforted his servant John (isaiah 40: 1). The commander planned with some of his boys to drug John's drinking water or any of his liquid with sleeping pill for 3-consercutive days so that he won't be able to participate in their early morning parade and that would be enough ground to get him dismissed or severly punished by the overall C.O. After failing to attend the morning parade for 2days, john got a surprising strenght on the third day. He quickly got dressed in his unform without taking his bath as he was already late. On getting to the parade ground, the commander was very suprised to see him, but still decided to disgrace him before his fellow officers and still take his case to the C.O. The commander barked at him 'private john for the past 2days you have neglected your morning duty, and today you came just at the time you feel like when we are about to dismiss and go to our various posts and duties. Now give me one reason you won't be punished'

the lord is delighted with those who testify of his goodoess in their lives ( ps 119 vs 2 & 24) so have you testified of his goodness in your life, in the life of your family members, friends, neighbours etc. Private john was shaken and didn't know what to do, he kept praying in his mind that GOD should take control of every situation. 'Go to block B and drive that truck that is parked there. down to these place, then i will tell you what to do next' he barked. Private john Humbly walked to where the truck was stationed bearing in mind That he neither know how to drive a car talkless of a truck, since he is still undertaking his driving course. When he lelt, the commander and his fellow officers started laughing and making fun of him. Saying that today we shall see if that GOD he always boost of is real and do actually exist. Our GOD likes it when he is being challenged and he will show forth his power (ISA 44 VS 24-27). Is there anything too hard for him to do? To be continued.

Private john walked to the lorry opened the door and entered. Already the keys are in the ignation and he turned it on. The vehicle started steaming, after some few secs. he engaged in the gear system and the lorry jerked forward and he drove toward the parade ground, on reaching there he applied the brake and came down, saluted his commander and awaits further instructions. His commander looked at him soberly, became very humbled and started crying. He started confessing his evil deed towards private john and his unbelieve in the true and living GOD. He pleaded for pardon and asked for mercy for his wickedness, for the bible says a sinner is a wicked man. Now can you tell us the reason(s) for the commanders change of attitude or believe? Never say never for with GOD all things are possible. My brothers and sisters, never you neglect your creator in your day to day activities so that he will also repond to you in your days of trouble just as he did to Moses, Elijah and private john. CONCLUSION; God is a father who always have mercy and forgives his children. The people of nineveh did evil in GOD's sight and later repented, they were forgiven. The lorry was towed into the barrack two days ago, and the next day the knocked engine and bad gear-box were both removed awaiting replacement. So there was no engine and gear-box in the vehicle. But GOD showed why he is the mighty one in battle and showed the commander and his team that he doesn't need an engine nor a gear-box to move a mere vehicle, or does he need a caterpillar to level any mountain in our lives. people of GOD why not raise up your hands and wave it up to heaven giving him all the glory and praises because he deserves all our praises and thanksgiving. When the word of GOD exhorts us to trust in the lord with all our heart no matter the situation we find ourselves, it is simple because the lord never fails. He neither abandons, decieves nor disappoints those who put their trust in him. so from today never forget to testify. End
