Fans have continued to show concern over the sudden weight loss of Nigerian porn star, Kingtblakhoc.

Kingtblakhoc who used to be a bit chubby shocked his fans when new photos of him looking so lean emerged few weeks ago.

The young adult film star actor who has a daughter got his fans and non-fans talking. Some claim it's weed and alcohol that caused his weight loss while also claim he may have contracted a disease that made him lean.

But Kingtblakhoc is not ready to let them know why he is how emaciated.

He shared new photos and videos and asked his fans what they think:
