Have you reported the matter to the Nigerian Police?

I hope this is not a case of trying to defame his character. What proof do you have that he has failed to deliver what you paid for since over a month as narrated in your post?

I see that he's on Facebook, have you tried to contact his family and friends since he stopped answering calls from you?

All the answer to your question is yes, all efforts of the client to get to him ve proved abortive. He stopped taking his calls, blocked d client. There are proofs of everything posted.
