I still blame our judiciary for its inconsistent in delivery of judgments. At the end judges will give them 3 months jail term meanwhile someone who stole far lesser money would be given years jail term.

I think it's Nigeria's criminal code (legislative arm) that you should blame not the judiciary.

If the law stipulates 3 months imprisonment and a judge slams 10 years, the case will be appealed.

And the appeals court will reduce it to 3 months.

So, Nigeria needs to revisit and ammend its penal code
