May be you should go for the one in the pic below like I did in September last year. Except that you said you don't do online transactions. I paid directly to jumia and I received my item within a week because those items are already in Nigeria.
Though, the brand is a little bit out of date, but their phones were made by using top quality materials, snapdragon too.

I have turned 35k to a huge sum before. If you can't invest 35k, you can't invest anything.

30k used laptop + 4k modem + 1k subscription to watch tutorial on YouTube.

After learning a digital skill and generating some money online, then you can buy any phone you want. I'm not saying you shouldn't buy a phone, but you need to know if it's the right time.

The reason poverty is high in Africa is because we do things at the wrong time — just to feel among. At the end, we blame rich people for being stingy and not helping us, but when we had small money, we didn't help ourselves in thinking smartly.

Rich people will always take the blame for our foolishness just the same way God takes the blame for our mistakes.

The more you talk, the more you keep showcasing your ignorance.

A flagship is a company's best phone for the generation. Taken from navy fleets, in which a "flag ship" is the ship that the commander is on.

The A5 Pro isn't even Umidigi's(a crappy company btw) best phone. It's $100 ffs. Let's not even talk about proper smartphone brands.
