Roma boss Claudio Ranieri is one of the most relieved coaches in Italian football going into tomorrow's game at Juventus.

After a nightmare start to the season, Ranieri's team have found their rhythm and arrive in Turin on the back of three successive league wins.

Wednesday's 3-2 triumph over Fiorentina followed their 2-0 win at Lazio at the weekend and lifted the Giallorossi to sixth in the standings, one point behind Juventus, after 11 games played.

"We are on the right path and this is the most important thing,'' said Ranieri. "We want to return to the leading positions in the standings, something which few people thought we could do early in the season.

"It's difficult to play every three days, but thanks to the will and the determination we are emerging from the hole we were in.

"We have to evaluate the mistakes we made against Fiorentina and focus on the game against Juve.''

Juve sacked Ranieri late in the 2008-09 campaign, a decision that adds spice to the encounter because the Roma coach is still bitter about his removal.

The Turin club have lost just once at home this season.

They go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at Brescia, a result that extended Juve's unbeaten run to seven games.

They sit four points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan.

"It's going to be a difficult test for us,'' said Juve coach Luigi Del Neri, who once held the reins of Roma.

"But we have won our last three league games in Turin and we need to make the most of our home games.''

Del Neri will be boosted by the return of Armand Traore, Felipe Melo and Amauri from injury.

However, the hosts will be without Marco Motta, who serves a one-match ban.

Roma welcome back Montenegrin forward Mirko Vucinic, who was rested on Wednesday.

Vucinic is set to partner captain Francesco Totti in Roma's attack.
