Geting Into Pizzamaking. Some Recomendations? by NanaBarns: 2:24pm On Nov 05, 2019
Pizza is a universal thing and I got some nice idea to create a mobile pizza curt.

I want to start a kind of little business making pizza here and there, cheap and tasty. Kind of hotdog cart but wit the pizza.
Getting things together isn't easy, but unless I'm spending money (I'm at the planning phase, as to say) everything's ok and I decided to explore at least.
I've already found some useful instruction for the beginners and It looks a bit scary -- right here: https://www.moneycrashers.com/how-to-start-food-truck-business-plan/

Though, the next thought was that I could start from something smaller and maybe something with which I can practice a bit.
So here I've found a review about portable pizza ovens which seems very fitting for my purpose.
https://pizzaovenradar.com/c/pizza-oven-reviews/ But there's the question about which oven gonna fit better and how to place it at all.

Thinking about ovens brought me back to carts research and I ended up stuck on YouTube between two examples (of course I'd wanted to get something like this).

Still, there's a lot of things needed to be managed but for now, there are only two things that bother me the most: Which oven to pick and How to get a cart like in that videos that I added.

I love this type of food cart/truck business.
It's popular with the Mexicans.
Hey! Why don't you go into Mexican street food instead ? It'd be something different from the usual
They use mostly tortillas with different kinds of fillings, but you can your own twist by infusing Nigerian ingredients
