I like to think we have a very strict dress code, I also think it is not intentional- but somehow, my colleagues keep showing off bulges.

There is one whose own is really terrible, like really big. Every time he comes to my desk to show me something, the sight is dickstracting. I would have to fix my gaze on the system or random things around.

How do I address this issue without coming off as a pervert? I don't want him to start feeling uncomfortable either. I just need opinions from guys on the best way I can put it to him (and the rest).

I have handled it though. It is the new trend of fitted pants. Lots of guys are guilty of it, just like ladies are guilty of VPLs. They just find it harder to take corrections or at least, admit it is there.
