Good day everyone, please I have been experiencing this for a while now before I even changed my last phone. If I want to upload some videos from my media it won't pop up and I can see them on my media and when play them. Please any help. Thanks

They are not recent videos, keep scrolling down, you will see them

I have done that they still didn't show nd I even send it to another phone nd send it bavk to mine yet they didn't pop up

Whatsapp only supports 3gp and mp4 videos. It cannot play mkv or avi and some other video formats. Check the file format of the video. That should be the problem. Convert it to mp4 format, if you are really determined and try again
