sorry for creating a new topic for this, but I needed a quicker reply please help, my laptop has been stuck in sleep/hibernation for the past 3 days, refuse to wake up show only black screen, but its on, the fan, wifi light, cap lock light is on. please help, I have tried different methods from net but it all failed.currently the only botton that is working is the on botton, the keyboard seem useless. Am using hp250 ,windows10. |

Get a Windows 10 CD and do repair. Or upgrade if repair doesn't work You can download the latest creator version and upgrade |
