Some basic rule of thumb first

Link a card or bank immediately you create your account and leave it for 48hours before your first transaction.

Your daily transaction should be below $200 from a single seller and not be above $500 in total

Avoid multiple tiny transaction, like say you receive $500 from 15vpeople same day or next day.
Its suspicious.
It shouldn't go beyond 5 for an account less than 5 days

All paypal accounts especially in EU region have a sandbox of 60days after which you can go higher with your transaction without limitations

Transact with verified paypal accounts

Transact with Paypal accounts in same continent. EU to EU,(ICELAND,UK,GERMANY) AFRICA to AFRICA (SA,LESOTHO) AMERICAS(USA,CANADA), you also avoid fees by doing this

Avoid charge backs or refunds within the first 60days.

Only login your PayPal account with a VPS or same ip address you opened the account with– Imagine your Gtbank app is as strict as paypal and a user keeps on changing their location, a minute ago the user is in the US, a minute later they are in France. Then Nigeria Is this not questionable?

Do not receive too much in the PayPal account you just received – Imagine you are PayPal security bot. A user suddenly received $1,000 in a new account, Is this questionable?

Be consistent – Imagine you programmed the PayPal security bot – A user who usually receive $50 in payments and suddenly the user received $1,000 and keeps trying to send the funds he received out almost immediately, Is this not questionable?

Try not to refund on a new transaction – Imagine you are the PayPal security bot, a user’s payment got held for 24 hours / 21 days for security check, and the user refunded the payment when the user found out that the transaction got held. Is this not questionable?

Do not try to send what you receive instantly – Imagine you are the PayPal security bot, a user just received $100, the next second he tried to send it to another person, Is this not questionable?

Definitely due to payment for now, there are still other crypto that are stable that you can convert your bitcoin to after receiving it to avoid volatility
