Operations Management Intern

Tributary Initiative for Learning is a local non-profit that envisions education and skills development to build a skilled workforce. We provide capacity support to Education and Skills Development programs.

Work hours - 25 hours/week - 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office management and IT issues
• Providing the project team with event and meeting support
• Assist with timely donor acknowledgments and support donor activities
• Carrying out administrative support tasks such as making phone calls, copying, and filing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• NYSC/ Post NYSC experience of one year working within government, INGO or local NGO environments
• Passion and aptitude for working in a non-profit management/ administrative fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and internet applications including data entry experience
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills#
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many different activities and projects happening simultaneously
