I went to first bank with my uba card to withdraw, on the first attempt the cash didn't come out after the mumu atm finish dancing skelewu and I was debited instantly. I left that atm and went to the next one and I lt was successful. I called my customer care on line and they told me I should give them 4 days to work on it. today made it four days and yet no response. what should I do now? pls help me out |

Go to the bank and explain you'll be given a failed debit form to fill so the funds can be refunded. Do it. Do not just wait |
