Changing in Magento Store Product, Category and CMS Pages is common and it may undergo from time to time. You just need to take care of the URL Re-Writing. Otherwise, you may lose potential customers.
Make your Store URL’s Search Engine friendly.

Learn How to Enable Magento 2 URL Rewrite-

Log In to the Admin Panel
Navigate to Stores -> Configuration -> General -> Web
Expand the Search Engine Optimization section
Set the Use Web Server Rewrites to ‘Yes’
Click the Save Config button to save your settings


To enable Automatically Regenerate URL Redirect

Go to Stores -> Configuration -> Catalog
Now in Catalog Drop-Down again Click Catalog
Expand the Search Engine Optimization section
Set Create permanent Redirect for URL’s if URL Key Changed to ‘Yes’
Click the ‘Save Config’ button to save your settings
