Ubakala community in Umuahia South local government area of Abia state is currently nursing their protracted grief following the sudden deaths of the youths of the area numbering about 5 under gruesome circumstances. Speaking with ABN TV on Thursday, the youth president of the community, Comr Nduaguibe Patrick Chiemela said the first three youths to have died in the area lost their lives through a ghastly accident when they had a head-on collision with a moving vehicle. According to Chiemela, the youths' ages range between 21 to 30. Within the same week also, the death of another youth whose identity could not be ascertained as at moment of this report lost his life in a road crash within Ubakala. This situation our correspondent gathered has put the youths of the area in a sad mood. The recent death involving a 28-year-old lady whose name was given as Kasarachi Onukwuwe was said to have occurred when a SARS officer pulled his trigger to disperse okada riders who were in a convoy in solidarity with one their members that died during his burial. SARS will get one thing right and then get a million wrong. Why the General has refused to disband these thieves baffles me.These guys have caused untold sorrow, tears and pains in the lives of those they have come in contact with.
