The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has made a public announcement, inviting interested members of the public to participate in an auction of 224 vehicles forfeited under the directives of the Rivers State Federal High Court. According to the press release put out by the commission, there will be an inspection and viewing exercise on Tuesday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 18, 2019 for interested parties to examine the products. A live auction will be held from December 19 to December 21, 2019, where buyers who meet the necessary requirements will get the opportunity to pick vehicles of their choice. "The General Public is hereby notified that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Conjunction with the Deputy Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court (Port Harcourt Division) and Department of Petroleum Products Resources (DPR) will conduct auction exercises of trucks/vehicles and petroleum products that are subject of final forfeiture in order suite FCH/PH/MISC/65/2019. In accordance with the EFCC Establishment ACT 2004 and the Public Procurement ACT (PPA) 2007. NSPECTION/VIEWING Venue: EFCC Office, at 6 Olumeni Street, OFF Forces Avenue, Old GRA, Port Harcourt,Rivers State. Date: Tuesday 17 December---Wednesday 18 December 2019 Time: 10am - 3pm daily.
