Nigeria is number 5 on the list. Buhari says it's foreigners that are responsible for these crimes and yet he wants to issue point of entry visas to every foreigners who come to Nigeria. I am sure Nigeria will be the number one on this list by 2020 if that dumb policy is implemented.
